There are two types of orders that can be made via our website www.rincemagazine.com
In both circumstances, the data given via our website supplier are as followed
*No bank details are given to us. These are supplied to Stripe by Wix who then pass on payments to Rince Magazine*
What this data used for
Your name and address are used for the delivery of orders. Emails are added to our mailing list which can be easily unsubscribed. Phone numbers are never used.
All the information is deleted within 30 days of the order being made.
Types of information collected through public participation
Often Rince will give dancers the opportunity to feature in the magazine. This could be by featuring as ‘cover dancer’ or appearing in an article.
In some occasions, Rince Magazine will contact persons they wish to feature and in other occasions, Rince Magazine will be contacted by such persons.

This data will be featured in the magazine, our website and/or social media
This data is stored by our website supplier Wix.com
When covering an event, photographs will be taken throughout the event by those who write for or run Rince Magazine who are all DBS checked. Photographs are used for our magazine, social media and/or website.
If for any reason you do not wish yourself or your child to be photographed at an event. Please inform a Rince Magazine member or an event organizer at the earliest possible convenience.

We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties. We do not work with any third parties and will not disclose any information to any persons.
